Family Handbook

The Family Handbook outlines camp policies and procedures, including information about what to wear, where to go and what to expect on the first day of camp. It also provides information about behavior expectations, computer-use policies, and sign-in/sign-out information for parents/guardians.

Camp specific information will be sent to parents/guardians via email prior to the first day of their child's camp commencing. The emailed parent package contains information specific to their child's camp, including information about camp-specific dress codes, field trip information (if applicable) and other camp specific details.

All parents/guardians are required to read the Family Handbook prior to their child's first day of camp. All parents/guardians and their child(ren) are responsible for being aware of and adhering to policies and procedures outlined in the Family Handbook

Family Member Code of Conduct

SAIT Summer Camps has created a Family Member Code of Conduct to better serve the participants at camp and ensure a safe working environment. Please ensure you have read all the guidelines prior to attending camp.
